Read by the TM to determine if the truck is in or out of the rail. The TM may limit travel speed based on truck location and position of the Auto/Man switch. When the truck is in the rail, S15 is closed.

CHANNELA_5

Part of the height position feedback when the encoder is rotated. It is a square wave identical to Channel B_5 but different phase. The TM uses the phase relationship of the two channels to determine whether the platform is lifting or lowering. The number of pulses is used to determine the height.

At Rest: <1V or >4V Full lift/lower: approx. 2.3V

BATTERY GATE LT

Input voltage to the TM from optional Battery Gate Prox 1 (S57). The prox switch is used to detect the left battery gate is correctly installed. Travel is inhibited when the switch does not detect a correctly installed gate.

Part of the steering position feedback from the Steer Motor Encoder when the drive unit is rotated. It is a square wave identical to Channel B_4 but different phase. The TM uses the phase relationship of the two channels to determine that the direction and speed of the steering response is the same as that requested.

Not Turning: <1V or >4V Turning either direction: approx. 2.4V
