135JPS4-6BUS0+ Positive component of the digital communications between the TM and GM.

136JPS6-24B–F B– to the GM. It is fused through FU6 on the Fuse/Relay Card.

Measure B+ at TP1 to verify connections.

Then check for <0.5V wrt TP4.

137JPT2-1VBUS Used to communicate with USB type connection via FlashWare.

140JPT4-2DGND B– for the SLACK CHAIN 2 switch (S51).Measure B+ at TP1 to verify connections. Then check for <0.5V wrt TP4.

141JPT6-1NEUTRAL_PULSESteer Amplifier (SA) input to the TM.Deadman down: approx. 2.5V

CCW steer: <1V; CW steer: >4V No steering: voltage varies

142JPT6-2CW_PWMControl voltage used to rotate the drive unit in the CW direction. The average DC value varies depending on the amount and speed of steering requested.

143JPT6-3STEER_CURRENTAnalog voltage that varies with steer motor current and is sent from the Steer Amplifier (SA) to the TM. This voltage is used by the TM to establish current reading for current limit.

At rest: 11.9V CW fast: 4V CW slow: 11.8V

Steering CW: 2.9V

At rest: 2.5V

CCW: 2.1V

144JPT6-4DGND B– for the control circuits in the Steer Amp (SA). If missing, the SA does not power up. Measure B+ at TP1 to verify connections. Then check for <0.5V wrt TP4.

154JPT10-6+12V_SENSOR 1 12V to the optional End-of-Aisle Sensor (S46A) at S46A-3. It is then routed through the switch module to S46A-4 to S46B-3 to power that switch module also. There is also a circuit detect to verify the end-of-aisle sensor is connected. This voltage is present when the Key switch (S1) is ON.
