This development was echoed in both the 1st and 2nd teams’ performances, with many closely contested matches this year. There were countless outstanding performances from our first team, with Chuo Yan (Marco) Ma (12.2) winning most of his games at number one and Patrick O’Donoghue (12.6), Milan Marocchi (12.6), Cher Yan (Russell) Bong (12.6), Nicholas Bradford (12.1), Joseph Eng (12.6), Griffin Binning (11.1), Cameron Baker (11.2) securing many games.

A big thank you goes to our Captain, Chuo Yan (Marco) Ma, for his excellent leadership and for being a great role model for the upcoming players in our 2nd team and to Patrick O’Donoghue in his role as Vice-captain. Well done to our 2nd team, Aidan Darmawan (11.6), Kin Ting (Issac) Poon (11.7), Joshua Locke (10.7), Huan Nguyen (10.6) and James Hoang (10.5), who kept pressure on the 1st team players throughout the season, with an eye on moving up the ladder. I also thank the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th teams for their consistent play throughout the season. TRINITY COLLEGE ANNUAL 2018
This year, our long standing 1st and 2nd teams’ coach, Ms Ailing Zhang retired. We are very thankful to have had Ailing as our coach for so many years and wish her all the best for the future. The College has been very lucky to secure the services of our new coach, Mr Ryan Lim, who joins us with a wealth of experience and enthusiasm. His enthusiasm has been reflected in more extensive training sessions and the development of many skills this season.
