11 Field use 11.1 General information
11.1.1 Notes concerning automatic operation Danger! As soon as the “Auto Loading” menu is called up, the machine parts start to move automatically. There is a danger of injury from moving machine components. – Always make sure that there is adequate space around the machine. – Make sure no-one is in the area of danger! If necessary: – Actuate a “Soft Key” on the terminal to stop the automatic sequence. – Turn off the PTO shaft immediately. – Switch the hydraulic control for connection of the machine to neutral! The following conditions must be met in order to be able to call up the automatic mode “Loading” or “Unloading”: – PTO shaft must be switched off (only with automatic operation unloading). – Pickup is lifted up. – The knife frame must be completely closed. – The tailgate must be completely closed and locked. – There is no sensor error. – see Information system, page 59 or Error messages on the display, page 91.
