21 11.2.9 End of loading operation
In addition to the filling level display (optional equipment), the machine is equipped with a switch which shows the full load. – The floor conveyor gradually moves the crop to the back. – In the end the crop is pressed against the metering drums. – The metering drums are thus pushed slightly backwards. – The switch contact is made. – The message “Wagon full” appears in the data field. – The floor conveyor drive is also switched off at the same time. • Stop the tractor. Actuate the “Soft Key”
– The loading process is ended and the machine is brought to the transport position. – Change the Soft Keys.
The control system carries out the following functions automatically: – Lifting the pickup completely. – Switching off the pickup drive (only QUANTUM 6800 S). – Closing knife frame. – Activating drawbar damping After the transport position is reached: – The display changes to the menu “Transport” . • Disengage the PTO shaft (Fig. 19, 20, 21)
Danger!
There is a danger of squashing by moving machine components. – Actuate “Soft Key” (Fig. 20) to interrupt the automatic sequence!
