• Switch on the PTO shaft at idle speed. • Then increase the PTO shaft speed.

Observe the maximum PTO shaft speed – see Operator's Manual of the Machine Section

Specifications. The machine is thus ready for loading. (Fig. 1, 2, 3, 4)

Actuate “Soft Key” in order to lift the pickup up. Symbol appears in the data field. – The pickup drive remains switched on.

Lowering the pickup

Danger!

The hydraulic cylinder for the knife frame is briefly pressurised to compensate for leaks. There is a danger of squashing by moving machine components. – Actuate the “Soft Key” in order to end the procedure!

Note!

If the front wagon is adjusted during use, the front wagon is completely lowered again loading mode.

Actuate the “Soft Key” again in order to lower the pickup into the working position (float position).

– The knife frame is pulled closed briefly. (Fig. 5, 6)
