Calling up the service screens
40001316.00-en
After engine start-up or ignition shut-on, the driver or the service technician can make use of the service menu for adapting the machine configuration to the respective working conditions, for recalling possible malfunctions or also for selecting different settings. All settings are saved after they have been selected. After an abrupt disconnection of the battery, stored data can be lost, meaning that the multi-function LCD display must be reprogrammed.
In every menu in which changes can be made, the active line or value to be changed is marked with a black bar. After pressing the ENTER key (B, Fig. 1), the line/value to be changed starts flashing. By pressing the arrow keys UP (C) and DOWN (D), the settings can be selected and confirmed with the ENTER key (B). The change is saved. The marked line or value stops flashing. If a change is to be discarded, this can be done by pressing the break key ESCAPE (A) while the line is flashing.
