Note 1: Equipment is shown for reference only. The exact location of existing equipment may be different. Note 2: Courier should be verified to be at least 26 in. (660 mm) from objects to make sure hazard zones or restricted areas are not created. A minimum of 6 in. (152 mm) clearance is required in hazard and restricted areas. If equipment is moved near the Courier path, the hazard and restricted areas should be reevaluated. Note 3: The Fire Door Zone should be started 44 in. (1118 mm) before encountering the fire door. The end of the zone should be programmed at the point where the truck and any potential payload (trailers included) have passed through, and are completely clear of, the fire door.

With a large facility it may be difficult or unreadable to put all information on the drawing showing the entire facility. In this case limited information, such as routes and station numbers, may be put on the first page of the drawing and additional pages added to the drawing to show details of specific areas. These detail pages could contain the behaviors and dimensions for a certain area of the facility (see Figure 21 through Figure 24). One goal of this is to make the drawings readable when printed out for use by the person training the truck.
