Named Routes

3.The “Add Named Route” screen appear s. The fields on this screen are the same as those on the “Main Menu” screen used to enter a custom route. Enter the station and drop-off location numbers in the fields. Press the Enter Key when the last field is filled in.

4.A new “Add Named Route” screen w ill appear. Attach a keyboard to the USB port on the rear of the GOI to enable typing the name of the new route. Once the name is entered, th e GOI returns to the “Training and Service” menu. The new named route is available for following.

NOTE: Route names cannot contain any spac es (use underscores to separate words).

Nodal Maps

Nodal Maps

The nodal map represents the routes that are trained on a truck. It is available as an excel spreadsheet ( Figure57), which allows you to sort the data, and as a PDF ( Figure58 ), which is a pictorial representation. The nodal map is generated by the software in the VGU.
