How To Train With Lasers
.To train the Raymond Courier, put the truck in programing mode and use the lasers as a guide.
.During straight aisles, position the Raymond Courier so the hazard zone laser is lined up with the aisle bounda ries or racking. This will keep the Raymond Courier a correct distance from the aisle boundaries, so as to not create a hazard zone.
.If you need to train closer than th e hazard zone, use the second beam on the side (stop field) as your guide. As long as nothing crosses this path, the Raymond Courier will not stop during normal operation.
.If you do need to train closer than the hazard zone clearance allows, this will probably create a hazard zone and must be trained as such. The max speed for the Raymond Courier in any hazard zone is 0.3 m/s (0.67 mph). Please refer to the Rout e Management Manual for more information.
.When training turns, make sure nothing crosses the stop path in front of the vehicle.
