8.1.1 Replacing the wheel Disassembly • Loosen the wheel axle screw (pos 11) and punch out the axle. • Remove the wheel together with the guards and bearings.
Assembly • Place the guards and bearings on the wheel axle prior to assembly. • Press the mounting axle through brackets and wheel. • Fit the screw (pos 11) through the mounting plate and tighten it to a torque of 25 Nm. NOTE! Verify that the wheel does not seize. It should rotate by means of hand power.
8.1.2 Replacing the wheel bearings • Disassemble the wheel from the wheel bracket as explained in the previous section. • Take out the guard and punch out the first bearing set. • Turn over the wheel and punch out the second bearing set. • Press new bearings into place. • Add grease between the two bearing sets. • Place the guards. • Mount the wheel as explained in the previous section.
