11.3 Adjustments Adjusting the pressure limiting valve The pressure limiting valve has been correctly set at the factory, however, adjustment may be required if the valve or the entire hydraulic unit is replaced. The truck must handle lifts between 1000 and 1050 kg.

1. Locking nut. 2. Adjusting screw, pressure limitation. When turned clockwise, the pressure increases. When turned counterclockwise, the pressure decreases. 3. Pressure limiting valve. 4. Shrinking socket : used to seal the load adjustment setting. • Remove the schrinking socket. • Loosen the locking nut (1). Place a load of 1000 kg on the forks and verify that the truck is able to lift this load. If the truck can lift 1000 kg, place an additional 50 kg on the forks. Verify that the truck is able to lift the load. • If the truck can manage to lift 1100 kg adjust the pressure limiting valve using the adjustment screw (2) by turning it clockwise with a 4 mm Allen key untill it cannot lift the load. • Mount the locking nut (1) again. • Place a new schrinking socket (4).
