Procedure 1.
Insure the two o-rings are positioned in the recessed ports located on the air filter/regulator mounting surface on the transmission case.
2.
Install the vehicle air supply line fitting with pipe thread sealant and position for correct air line routing.
3.
Position the air filter/regulator assembly on the transmission case.
4.
Apply Eaton/Fuller Sealant #71205 or equivalent to the two (2) retaining capscrews.
5.
Install the two (2) retaining capscrews, tighten to 9-10 lb-ft (12-14 Nm) of torque.
6.
Connect the air supply line from the vehicle air supply.
7.
Charge the vehicle air system and inspect for air leaks.
