Performance Reviews & Raises Hospital Leaders should continue with the current hospital schedule and structure on employee reviews and salary increases. NVA has no set companywide policy on what standard hourly wages or raises should be but can provide guidance and business intelligence--please reach out to your Transition Manager or Division Leader for guidance. Other review and disciplinary action resources are available through NVAShare if you wish to utilize them and can be found here: https://nvashare.com/HR/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx.
