Resetting Your Password

1. In the event that you need to reset your password, call NVA Helpdesk at (888) 777-7804, or open a

ServiceNow ticket here: https://nva.service-now.com/

2. Once you have contacted the Helpdesk and received a new temporary password, you will need to reset that password here: https://mail.nvanet.com/owa (*Please Note: This page is ONLY for

resetting passwords, not checking email.)

3. Enter your NVA username and temporary password and click, “sign in.” You will be prompted to enter this information one more time, as well as create a new password. (*Please be as accurate as possible to avoid errors when creating your new password.)

4. Create a new password and then STOP when you get to the OK Screen. DO NOT CLICK OK!

Instead, close the browser and WAIT 5 MINUTES for the password change to sync.

5. After 5 minutes, open a web browser and go to: outlook.office365.com

6. Log in with your NVA Username and NEW password to access your inbox. You will continue to use this web address to access the Outlook Web Version.
