NVA provides an Employee Assistance Program (EA) 24 hours a day 7 days a week at no cost through Lincoln Financial Group to support individuals on your team. Support available ranges from substance abuse and grief counseling to legal and financial concern coaching. Please see the following page for more details.

The Network

Hospitals will receive a poster for The Network to post in your staff break room. This is an anonymous 3rd party hotline available for anyone to call with employment related concerns. This line is available 24/7 by calling: 877-888-0002 or reporting online at www.nvaonline.ethicspoint.com.
