Congratulations on being an NVA partner! Your practice will receive 100% discount for staff and doctor’s personal pets with exclusions* when using IDEXX as your primary reference lab.  Required spend of $250 at IDEXX Reference Lab in the month prior to submissions and use staff/doctor discount sticker on requisition form to activate 100% discount.  There is no cap on the dollar amount of tests sent in for doctor and staff personal pets when meeting the above requirements.  Order staff/doctor discount stickers from your IDEXX Inside Sales Representative at caginsidesalescenter@idexx.com or 1-888-794-3399.

Guidelines:

*Bloodwork that is performed by IDEXX Reference Lab is discounted at 100% with the exception of biopsies, cytologies, PCR tests, or any test that is NOT performed by IDEXX and would need to be sent to a 3rd party lab (Universities, Research facilities, etc.). Those “non-discountable tests” will be provided at the NVA price of 61% off list.

IDEXX Invoice Gateway Portal Instructions

1. How to enroll in the Invoice Gateway Portal.

2. Obtain your dedicated enrollment token from the remittance portion of your invoice or statement.

4. New setups – if you do not have an invoice available to obtain your token, please call the Inside Sales

Center at 1-888-794-3399. Please have your IDEXX account number ready to provide the Inside Sales

Representative.

5. Navigate to http://idexx.billtrust.com and choose Sign Up now.

6. Set up with credentials that you choose for your login, your IDEXX account number & Enrollment Token (taken directly from your remit on your invoice).

7. The Portal will receive your invoices electronically via email.

8. You can view all open invoices.
