Sommer will reach out at close to handle the ownership change, renewal, and maintenance for most licenses and permits necessary for the operation of the hospital and pet resorts, including, but not limited to:
• Business licenses and Business Tax (State, County, and City) • Local Business Tax Receipts / Business Tax Receipts • Radioactive Materials License • Premise / Veterinary Facility Permits (State applicable) • Health Care Clinic Establishment (HCCE) permits (Florida) • Veterinary Establishment License (Florida) • Hazardous / Biomedical / Biohazard / Medical Waste Permits • Alarm Permits (Police and/or Fire Department) • Sign Permits • Occupational Licenses / Tax Receipts • Controlled Substance Permits (for hospital – not for individuals) • Distributer of Dangerous Drug Permits • Dumpster Permits • Fire / non-Life Hazard Permits • Air Quality Permits • Wastewater / Drinking Water Permits
This is a fairly complete list of the items handled by Sommer, but many of these items will not pertain to each hospital, as every state/county/city have different requirements.
**Sommer will not handle radiation (x-ray) or laser registrations, but if an ownership change is necessary and you need owner information (Tax ID #, Office info, etc.) feel free to reach out to her.
