NVA Recruitment Resources Website: https://nva.avature.net/hiringhub What is Avature? Avature is NVA's Recruiting Platform. Avature offers two platforms; Recruiter Supported Hiring and Self-Service Hiring. Hiring Manager have access to both platforms through the Hiring Hub. Recruiter Supported Hiring: Recruiters use this platform to manage their sourcing activities, organize their requisitions, and keep track of candidates. The platform also gives Hiring Managers access to a Hiring Hub that allows you to provide feedback on candidates in a "task center" format. Self Service Hiring: Self Service will allow sites to post their own roles (CSR, Groomer, Technician, Pet Assistant, etc.) to the portal; any job posted here will be automatically featured on the NVA job board, as well as, scraped to aggregator boards like LinkedIn and Indeed. It also allows the hiring manager to view applicants and manage the process in a simplified way. Use of Self Service Hiring currently incurs no cost for the site and is optional, although we encourage usage so that you can post your jobs on the NVA job board, have them shared on major job boards like Indeed & LinkedIn, and offer your candidates an easy online application process that you can manage digitally. If you anticipate utilizing our Technician Recruiting team for candidate sharing, job optimization, etc., use of the Self-Service Hiring Module will be required.
