Lower coil driver open or shorted.
Tests to Run
Examine for short or open for lower coil, or related wiring. Resistance of coil should be approximately 39 Ohms. See “Pinout Matrix” on page 8-9.

Investigate cause of open or short and repair or replace as needed.
