Wheel rake The wheel rake can be hydraulically adjusted (Fig. 9) with control lever (72, Fig. 10): Position 19 =
adjust wheel rake to the left
Stellung 20 =
adjust wheel rake to the right.

The wheel rake adjustment: x reduces the machine's turning circle, x compensates lateral thrust during scraping, x gives better grip on the ground. If the wheel rake is adjusted when the steering is at either of the limit stops, the steering wheel turns back by a slight amount.
