Main screen

The multi-function LCD display is located in the center of the instrument panel. When the ignition is switched on, the warning indicators are activated and the text NEW HOLLAND accompanied by the machine designation flashes on the multifunction display. Press the DOWN key (D, Fig. 4) while in the main screen. The first data screen INFO 1 is displayed. This screen shows the engine speed, the travelling speed, the fuel reserve and the system voltage (Fig. 5) NOTE: A press on the escape key switches the LCD display back to normal main screen.

Main screen These settings can also be changed by the driver. Fig.4 Sector 1 The number of operating hours run are displayed briefly after ignition shut-on before the engine speed is displayed after engine start-up and the travelling speed after setting off. 2 Travel direction indication Forwards ( ), Reverse ( ), Idling (N) plus the max. admissible gear for automatic operation. Indicates the gearbox opmode. A = Automatic mode M = Manual mode 3 This sector is subdivided into 2 boxes. A: For the four-wheel drive model the FWD symbol is displayed. B : Time-of day display format (12h or 24h)

1 Cooling agent temperature (ahead of fan) C 2 Boost air temperature C 3 Engine oil temperature C 4 Engine oil pressure bar 1 bar = 14.5 psi (pounds per square inch) The temperatures can be indicated in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit and the pressure can be indicated in bars or in psi.

After pressing the DOWN key once again, data screen INFO 3 (Fig. 7) is displayed. The temperature can be indicated either in degrees Celsius or in degrees Fahrenheit. After pressing the DOWN key once again, travel information screen 2 / TRIP 2 (Fig. 8) is displayed.

Travel information screen 2 Dimension

Both travel information screens display two operating hours counters. They show the total number of operating hours after the last reset, the total fuel consumption and the average fuel consumption per hour.

Call up the travel information screen concerned.

Scrolling further down displays travel information screen 1 / TRIP 1. Travel information screens 1 and 2 can be reset independently.

By pressing the UP key, the previous screen is displayed again.

Resetting the travelling data

Reset

1 Confirmation The travel information screen displays a reset message. Press the entry key / ENTER (B, Fig. 11) in this screen to delete the numbers and to reset the travelling data. The actual date and time-of-day are displayed automatically. Operating hours, total fuel consumption and average fuel consumption per hour are set back to zero. Travel information screen 1 can also be reset in the same way as travel information screen 2 (Fig. 12).
