Run-in period

Inspect the machine visually every day. Pay special attention to conditions that might affect the normal and safe operation of the machine: loose connections, defective hoses, oil leaks, accumulated dust and dirt, loose screws and damaged or missing parts. Take the required corrective action before putting the machine back in operation Check that the fuel tank is filled with clean fuel corresponding to the specifications set out in these operating instructions (see EN 590 in the Appendix).

WARNING: Never operate the machine under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Risk of severe or fatal injuries in case of non-compliance with this instruction.

Run-in period

Your machine will give you a longer service life and better economic performance, if you pay special attention to the engine during the first 100 hours of operation.

During this period:

1. Allow the engine to warm up before operating it under load. 2. Do not run the engine for prolonged periods at full throttle. 3. Do not run the engine for prolonged periods at idling. 4. Check the indicators on the instrument panel regularly. 5. Check the oil level and the coolant level frequently. During the run-in period, the following checks and servicing works must be performed in addition to those set out in the servicing plans.
