Commissioning with the Service LISA Adapter cable interface
Accelerator pedal calibration !
• Minimum value: (Accelerator pedal zero) Depress the accelerator pedal until you obtain the release contact and confirm. • Maximum value: (Accelerator pedal max.) Depress the accelerator pedal as far as the stop and retract it slightly until the value displayed is approx. 3-5 digits below the maximum and confirm.
Before connecting the adapter cable to the service computer (PC) or the service LISA, always switch off the truck and the service computer (PC). Only use adapter cables approved by the manufacturer. The connecting bush is located on the left hand side of the truck below the parking brake.
If the maximum value is too low, an error will be recognized when the pedal is fully depressed. Lift potentiometer calibration (Not for Mulitpilot trucks) • Minimum value: (Lift potentiometer zero) Pull the lever (while sitting on the seat) until the mast slowly starts to move and confirm • Maximum value: (Lift potentiometer max.) Pull the lever as far as the stop and retract it slightly until the value displayed is approx. 3-5 digits below the maximum and confirm. If the maximum value is too low, an error will be recognized when the lever is fully applied.
