When attaching additional equipment adjust the oil volume required via the pump speed. The pump speed must always be appropriate to the pressure. Increasing the pump speed in excess of 35-40 l/min results in just a minimal increase in speed but a considerable rise in pressure. (Oil heating, energy loss)

Intermediate settings can be made by adjusting the lever accordingly.

Increasing the pump r.p.m. does not increase the speed (shorter tilt times), it simply increases pressure loss from the current controller. No other settings are possible. The tilt speed is restricted by a current control valve to a maximum tilt time of approx. 3,5-4 seconds or 24 l/min. When adjusting the tilt speed by increasing the pump speed always check the pressure as well.

When adjusting the tilt speed by increasing the pump speed always check the pressure as well. If the pressure rise is too great (over 70-80 bar idle speed) the limit stop on the spool valve must be adjusted (screws 4 and 10).

If synchronous “Lift/Reach” is required for the sideshift, fi t a diaphragm in port “A”. The pump speed and pressure must be tuned, with the maximum volume being approx. 25 l/min.
