Service display / UVV display (12) The service display lights up when the service interval has been exceeded. The keyswitch “ON” power on hourmeter is used for this. Resetting the service interval see “Resetting the service interval counter”. Service intervals every 1000 hours (factory basic setting). The service display light flashes whenever the date for the next UVV test has occured. The setting is a year after the delivery date and then after resetting one year later respectively. (If the display is not active, the date must be set to 2072). To reset the UVV interval, see “Resetting the UVV display”.
Switch functions “h/time” switch (4) Pressing the “h/time” switch allows you to change display (3) between “h” service hours (actual power on time), “Eff” service hours (actual operating time) and “Time” (actual time). The current software number is displayed by continuously pressing the “h/time” switch while the truck is powered up. Snail switch (15) The snail switch activates creep mode. The travel speed can be set between 2 km/h and 10 km/h.
Insufficient brake fluid display (13) The switch closes if there is insufficient brake fluid (LED display). The brake fluid container has a check switch to monitor operation.
Program selector (16) Using the ▲ (up) and ▼ (down) switches you can switch from operating programs 1 to 5. The information is transferred to the interface via the CAN Bus and is repeated in cycles. The chosen operating programs are displayed via 5 LED displays (18). Operating program “3” is preset. This means that each time the truck is switched on, travel program “3” is set unless it is deactivated. SET switch (17) The SET switch allows special functions to be selected. Pressing the switch makes the settings standard. This means that when the truck is switched on, the settings which were active before the truck was switched off are restored (operating program and creep mode, if this was selected). If the settings are changed without pressing the key, the original setting is restored after switching the truck on again. In the service menu the SET switch is used to confirm inputs.
