Functional description and display functions Pump and steering auxiliary motor overtemperature display (6) The temperatures of the pump motor and steering auxiliary motor are monitored. The output is reduced in the event of overtemperature. The temperature sensor of the pump motor records the current temperature. The lift controller monitors the pump motor temperature and reduces the current when the motor reaches the overtemperature threshold.
Wheel position and travel direction display (1) The display indicates the pre-selected travel direction (forward or reverse) and the position of the steered wheels. Battery capacity display (2) Numerical display in % via LCD 100% = full battery charge 000% = battery 80% discharged
The steering motor has a temperature switch which acts directs on the interface. If one of the two motors overheats, the pump motor overtemperature LED display is activated.
The display shows the capacity available for consumption in 10% increments. When the last remaining 10% capacity has been reached, the red warning light flashes (warning symbol). When 0% has been reached after approx. 30-40 seconds lifting is inhibited. When lifting is cut out, the battery must be at least 40% charged to release lifting again. The various battery types (wet - dry, modified discharge characteristics) can be adapted via PC or LISA.
Traction motor overtemperature display (7) This monitors the traction motor temperature. The output is reduced in the event of overtemperature The temperature sensor of the traction motor records the current temperature. The motor temperature is monitored by the traction controller. In the event of overtemperature, the traction motor overtemperature LED display is activated.
Error display (3) If an error or a warning occurs, it will be displayed. The “h”, “Eff” or “Time” symbols disappear. Errors are displayed as “Err:000” and warnings as “Inf:000” (for info). If several errors have occurred, they are displayed at 1,5 second intervals. A warning will also be sounded.
Seat switch not closed display (8) If the driver’s seat is not occupied when the truck is ready for operation, this is displayed via the LED (seat occupied symbol).
Hourmeter (3)(4) There are two hourmeters, one for the truck keyswitch service hours “ON” and one for the “Eff” service hours; in addition the actual time can also be displayed. The function that is displayed can be changed using the “h/time” switch depending on requirements. The “Eff” service hour display can be switched ON or OFF using a code.
Handbrake on display (9) If the hand or parking brake is applied when the truck is operational this is shown via an LED display (parking brake symbol). Indicator display (indicator symbol display) (10) Option for lighting with indicator system. A 2 pole module connector is provided below the instrument panel for connection to the indicator system.
Controller overtemperature display (5) If the controllers become too hot this will be displayed (LED display). Output is continually reduced in proportion to the temperature.
