Adjustment procedures ___________________________________________ Procedure to set Amplifier Card (EV1M2-12/24) 1. Start the pick breaker 2. Go to the valve bank and lift the valve bank handle retainer bar out of the way, so you can visibly see the movement of the conveyor handles (when the conveyor is running). 3. Place the machine in Conveyor, Forward and then Manual mode. The conveyor will start. 4. On the display, go to the “Present Screen” (see fig. A1) Fig. A1: Preset Screen

5. Select “Low Speed” and change the percentage to “20%”. (Note: this percentage can be anything you want, as long as it is large enough to get the conveyor to start moving). The conveyor will be running full speed because Imin and Imax are at the same reference point (the valve handles will be visibly all the way forward). Next the Imin must be set. 6. Go to the amplifier cards on the back of the door, there will be two. Find the Imin set screw (shown on Fig. A2 as item #9) Fig. A2: Imin & Imax set screw Imin Imax
