We focus on the delivering high quality innovative and technically sound engineering solutions to complex infrastructure projects and we achieve this through collaboration and hands-on involvement from all levels of our business. Our people are at the heart of what we do, and we are committed to providing opportunities for everyone to focus on their personal growth and development. Individuals are supported to achieve their goals whether it is working towards industry qualifications through Connexis, tertiary studies, literacy training or even assistance with passing their driver’s licence. Our training co-ordinators are focussed on ensuring workplace training is delivered to our team of 100. Two of our staff recently qualified as Connexis assessors to support ongoing training initiatives. Great front line leadership skills are essential, so we developed an in-house leadership training package

tailored specifically for our people facilitated by one of our senior leaders with expert support. We delivered the training to our Site Supervisors and due to its success, our Engineers and Leading Hands have now also completed the training. We strive to stay at the forefront of civil construction in New Zealand and we strongly believe that our passion for upskilling our people will help us with that!

This company is passionate about training for the industry as a whole and not just for its own people. This is demonstrated with their involvement in industry qualification and programme development.
