Dinner with Simona The heart of the Mediterranean kitchen Simona El-Harar More than 80 delightful recipes Heavenly creations, inspired by age old traditions from the Middle East and the Mediterranean Subtle and delicious flavours There is no such thing as one strictly Israeli cuisine. Israeli cuisine is a subtle blend of cultures and styles. The tastes of the Middle East and North Africa are complemented by subtle culinary influences from the rest of the Mediterranean, including France, Spain, Greece and Italy. Dinner with Simona presents a delightful selection of recipes from her family, freinds and of course her own children. This book is just like her: warm, cheerful, lively and colourful.
