Following the success of her first book Veganista the Italian-Flemish chef and restaurant owner Luna Trapani serves over 100 new vegan dishes from the Italian cuisine. In Vegetalia Luna makes a culinary journey through her homeland, including dishes from north to south. The recipes, from insalata caprese and bruschette ai fungi to tagliatelle alla bolognese and pera cotta al vino bianco, are clearly structured, with regard to basic dishes, followed by antipasti, primi (including some delicious salads), secondi, contorni and dolci.

Luna Trapani is a young creative chef, with an Italian father and a Belgian mother. She is the owner of Italian vegan restaurant Spritz in downtown Antwerp.
