40.2 SERVICE BRAKE - REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION 40.2.1 PREPARATION AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS -
Stabilise the machine on level ground, fully retract the boom, place transmission control lever in neutral position. Ensure the engine is Shut OFF. Disconnect the battery .

NOTE Check the brakes at every 1000 hours of operation or on yearly basis.

Uninstall and remove the brake cover plate (12) from the inside of the cabin.

Disconnect the following Hoses from the Brake Master Cylinder (1): • Hose-Brake fluid tank to master cylinder (9). • Hose - Pump to brake master cylinder (7). • Hose-Brake master cylinder to return pipe (8). • Hose-Brake master cylinder to Front Axle (10).

Uninstall the split pin(13) and the clevis pin(14). 4
