NOTE !

Allow the system fluids to cool to room temperature.

NOTE !

Worn or damaged drive shafts ,UJ cross and bearing assemblies may cause an excessive amount of vibration or noise.

Disassemble and clean all parts using an approved cleaning fluid. Allow to dry.

Caution

Spilled oil must be cleaned immediately. Always keep the work area clear of any spills to avoid any injuries. Dispose used oil in accordance with local environmental regulations.

Caution

Use suitable lifting chain which can support the gear box properly . Care should be taken to avoid rubbing of lifting chain with solenoid coil while the gear box is lifted from the lift truck .
