40.2 SERVICE BRAKE - REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

40.2.1 PREPARATION AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

- Stabilise the machine on level ground, fully retract the boom, place transmission control lever in neutral position.

- Ensure the engine is Shut OFF.

- Disconnect the battery

40.2.2 PROCEDURE

NOTE ! Check the brakes at every 1000 hours of operation or on yearly basis.

Please carry out the reverse process for installation of the service brake circuit .

After fitment of all the parts brake pedal adjustment should be done as per the procedure given in 40.3 BRAKE ADJUSTMENT

PROCEDURE

Brake circuit should be bleed properly as per the instructions given in 40.4 BRAKE BLEEDING PROCEDURE.
