Verbs: Simple Present and Present Progressive (verb: enkel presens og presens samtidsform) We use the simple present about facts and habits, about things we usually do. We use the present progressive about something that is happening right now. Read the examples below:

We are singing in a show at the moment.
You practise the guitar day after day.
You are practising now even if it’s a holiday.
