We use who to refer to people.

She is the teacher who will be teaching the class. Nate is a boy who likes girls. Harry Potter, who is a wizard boy, went to Hogwarts. The winner is the one who comes first.

We use which to refer to animals or things.

Zoom is the dragon which tells jokes in the Quest books. Janet read a story which we all enjoyed. You can read the books which are in the library for free.
