Junior School Cricket Howzat! No run! This year, the Trinity cricket team has performed outstandingly well in the PSA sport competition. From ‘A’ to ‘C’ there were many great performances, the As won many of their games. The As were coached by Mr Bernard Le Tessier and throughout the season the team grew as a whole and there were improvements as the weeks passed by. A highlight of the year was competing in the Katich Mooney Shield which was played against Guildford Grammar School. The team was very strong in the field keeping the bowling tight as well as fielding. The Bs played great this year winning many games and working very well as a unit. The team was coached by Mr John Lamborn (‘69). Some of the boys from the starting Bs squad were chosen to play in the As.
This was a highlight for these players and it just shows how good the Bs are. Now, for Mr Max’s mighty Cs team. This year the Cs played very well, competing to the best of their ability and giving it their all.
