Brake Pedal & Parking Brake Check and Adjust Brake Pedal Free Play Measure free play of pedal stroke (A). Ensure free play is within specified limits. If free play is not within specified limits, adjust brake linkage by rotating telescopic link. NOTE: Free play of brake pedal should be between 1.2 in (30 mm) to 1.38 in (35 mm).

Parking Brake Adjustment / Settings If parking brake is not effective, adjust linkages to get desired adjustment for effective braking. i)
Remove RH side wheel assembly and support the tractor with suitable jack.

ii) Loosen the mounting hardwares to remove RH side extension plate to access the linkages. iii) Loosen nuts (B) & (C). iv) Push the outer cable left or right side to adjust the braking. v) Tighten nuts (B) & (C) after adjustment. vi) Recommended free play is 4 to 5 teeth.
