Escuchas cada día sus pasos, el estruendo de sus armas, los gritos de las vidas que luchan con dignidad por su libertad. Inocente, anotas todo, la vida que anhelas y la que tienes. Los escuchas entrar en tus miedos, tus sentimientos, tus sueños, en la esperanza de salir viva del triste escondite y no ser polvo leve e intangible.
Elisabetta Bagli was born in Rome (Italy), lives in Madrid (Spain). She is a writer of poetry, short stories and essays and she is also a translator and interpreter of Spanish. Some of her poems and writings have been translated into several languages. She is translator, writer, poet, essayist, columnist, radio correspondent, events organizer, representative of several Spanish, Italian and International cultural Associations. She is the author of books of poetry, books of stories, a fairy tale, articles and essays for newspapers and magazines around the world. Operating in more than a hundred national and international anthologies, she is the President and a Former member of the Jury in many national and international literary prizes. She has received many prestigious awards, including the Mayte Spínola Diploma of Honor for artistic merit from the Pro Arte y Cultura group in 2017 (Spain), the Distinction for Outstanding Woman in culture, 2019 awarded by the Latin Llegan.
