2022.3-0000010 OM 7.15.4 Search and elimination of failures in lighting facilities 7.15.4.1 Lamps of road-train HL1, HL2, HL3 do not operate: ) Check operability of fuse « » (7,5 ) on the fuse block F2. In case of failure – replace the fuse. b) If the fuse operates properly, it is required to check by means of a tester if there is power supply on the terminals of the road-train lamps when the switch SA1 is on and availability of “load” on the road-train lamps. In case there is no power supply, restore faulty electrical circuits or replace the switch SA1. If there is power supply, replace glow lamps EL5, EL6 or EL7 of the corresponding lamp. 7.15.4.2 Cab dome lamp 5 does not operate ) Check operability of fuse « » (7,5 ) on the fuse block F2. In case of failure – replace the fuse. b) If the fuse operates properly, it is required to check by means of a tester if there is power supply on the terminal of the dome lamp when the switch located on the dome lamp housing is on, and availability of “load’ on the non-operating dome lamp. In case there is no power supply, restore faulty electrical circuits. If there is power supply, replace glow lamp EL8 of the corresponding lamp. 7.15.4.3 Working lights 3, 4, 9, 12, 10, 11 on the cab roof do not operate (all of them or some) ) Check operability of corresponding fuses « » (15 ), « » (25 ), « » (15 ) on the fuse block F2. In case of failure – replace the corresponding fuse. b) ) If the fuse operates properly, it is required to check by means of a tester if there is power supply on the terminal of the non-operating lamp when the corresponding switch 3, S 4 or S 5 of the working lamps pair is on, and availability of “load” on the non-operating lamp. In case there is no power supply, restore faulty electrical circuits or replace the corresponding switch. If there is power supply, replace glow lamp EL of the corresponding non-operating lamp. 7.15.4.4 Working lights E6 and E7 located on the front lamps brackets do not operate ) If both lights 6 and 7 do not operate, check operability of the fuse « » (30 ) on the fuse block F1. In case of failure – replace the fuse. b) If the fuse operates properly, it is required to check by means of a tester if there is power supply on the terminal of the non-operating lamp when the switch S 12 is on, and availability of “load” on the non-operating lamp. In case there is no power supply, restore faulty electrical circuits from F3 to the non-operating lamp or replace the switch. If there is power supply, replace glow lamp EL11 or EL12 of the corresponding non-operating lamp. 7.15.4.5 Lower beam of lights 1, 2 does not operate ) Check operability of the corresponding fuses of right and left lights of lower beam » (7,5 ) « » (7,5 ) on the fuse block F4. In case of failure – replace the corresponding fuse. b) If the fuse operates properly when the key switch SA9 on the dashboard is on in the position «II» and in the position of under-steering switch SA8 “lower beam is on”, check operability of relay 9 under the dashboard. In case of failure, replace the relay. c) If the fuse and the relay operate properly when the key switch SA9 on the dashboard is on in the position «II» and in the position of under-steering switch SA8 lower beam is on”, check by means of a tester availability of power supply on terminals of joints XS3.1, XS3.2 of lower beam circuits. In case there is no power supply, restore faulty electrical circuits from block F5, relay 9, switches SA8 and SA9 to the non-operating lamp. In case there is power supply, replace the lamps EL1 or EL2 of the non-operating lamp. 7.15.4.6 Upper beam of lights 1, 2 does not operate ) Check operability of fuses of upper beam « » (25 case of failure – replace the fuse. 333
