A Business Fit For The Future

“I am thrilled to be nominated for the Best Woman Led Business in Duhallow! I really feel that my business is making a meaningful impact on the health of so many women and to be recognised for that is incredible. My business is very much centred around my local community here in Duhallow so I am delighted to be nominated in this year’s awards” Siobhán O’Sullivan is a people person. And that is the core of SOS fitness. In 2018, she started to teach a few classes in Ballydesmond and Knocknagree, and since then, it has flourished. From her online presence to her in person classes, Siobhán radiates positivity, enthusiasm, and a focus on support. She is community focused and well known as all round help when it comes to fitness. Her wide range

Siobhán O’Sullivan - The powerhouse behind SOS Fitness of classes cater to those able to attend in person or those who prefer an at home workout, and range from Pilates to kettle bells and circuits. On top of this, she offers an “On Demand” workout service through her website. Her delicious and healthy recipes have been a hit on her Instagram, and she regularly posts eye catching advice. On top of that, she does a fantastic podcast - The SOS Fitness Podcast on Spotify about changing mindset towards health and nutrition. For years, SOS was her side hustle, but in 2023 she took the

leap into full time self employment, and she has gone from strength to strength. Her coaching is targeted towards women. She has spoken about how hectic life can be for women, and often self image, confidence, and exercise are left aside. She strives to be in these women’s corners, and to help to repair their relationships with their bodies, exercise, and food.
