Electrical Value: $110 million

The Hub on Causeway is entering its third and final phase of renovation, pulling a $12 million electrical permit, and including 440,000 sq. ft. of new office space for Verizon. Phase 1 of the project completed in 2018 and expanded TD Garden — the home of IBEW Local 103’s partner, the Boston Bruins — by 64,000 sq. ft. Phase two featured the highest point of the project: a 38-story residential tower, which will double as the new HQ for Rapid7.

This 6-building complex will be 2.9 million-square feet made up of residential towers (one 45 stories, and one 28 stories), a 43-story, 528-foot-tall office tower, 200 hotel rooms, and 82,500 square feet of retail space. Also includes a reconfigured parking garage with 3,400 parking spaces.

Electrical Project Value: $41 million

A 44-story, 469-unit residential apartment tower with 2,300 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and an 830-space parking garage.

This development will include a 31-story residential/hotel building, including a groundfloor restaurant, lounges, conference/ballroom areas, and a pool/fitness center available to both building residents and guests. 154 hotel rooms, 146 condos, and 39 units of affordable housing.
