IBEW Local 103 is proud to have been the first labor union in Massachusetts to endorse Rep. Joe Kennedy III for Senate when he announced his election bid last year. This month, we were thrilled for our union hall to be the first stop on his tour announcing his new Jobs and Justice Initiative for COVID-19 recovery. We encourage everyone to vote for Joe in the primary on September 1, for a true champion of the working class!

The time for a new generation of leadership in Washington, D.C. is right now – not next year, not six years down the road, but now. Joe shares IBEW Local 103’s vision of economic justice for all, and we know that he will take us all the way to Washington, D.C. with him, fighting for us each step of the way. That’s because he doesn’t only make promises – he follows through. He promised working people that he wouldn’t let us down, and has since opted to unionize his own campaign staff to prove it – yielding one of the most progressive campaign contracts to date. He said: “This is a fight for an economy that is about equity, but also about families. We need jobs that enable entire families to meet their own economic needs. That’s what jobs are supposed to be about, and if we’re not meeting that goal, something is wrong.”

IBEW Local 103 is a force for change. We will continue to fight for our members, our families, and our communities, and we look forward to organizing our volunteers to support Joe in his election.
