Hub on Causeway
100 Causeway Street, Boston, MA

Electrical Value: $110 million The Hub on Causeway is entering its third and final phase of renovation, pulling a $12 million electrical permit, and including 440,000 sq. ft. of new office space for Verizon. Phase 1 of the project completed in 2018 and expanded TD Garden — the home of IBEW Local 103’s partner, the Boston
Bruins — by 64,000 sq. ft. Phase two featured the highest point of the project: a 38-story residential tower, which will double as the new HQ for Rapid7.
Bullfinch Crossing

Developer: The HYM Investment Group General Contractor: John Moriarty & Associates Electrical Subcontractor: J & M Brown Electrical Project Value: $200 million This 6-building complex will be 2.9 million-square feet made up of residential towers (one 45 stories, and one 28 stories), a 43-story, 528-foot-tall office tower, 200 hotel rooms, and 82,500 square feet of retail space. Equity Residential – The Alcott

Developer: Equity Residential General Contractor: AECOM Electrical Subcontractor: Sullivan & McLaughlin Electrical Project Value: $41 million A 44-story, 469-unit residential apartment tower with 2,300 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and an 830-space
Trinity Tower

Developer: Boston Properties General Contractor: Suffolk Electrical Subcontractor: K&H parking garage.
Electrical Project Value: $31.4 million This development will include a 31-story residential/hotel building, including a groundfloor restaurant, lounges, conference/ballroom areas, and a pool/fitness center available to both building residents and guests. 154 hotel rooms, 146 condos, and 39 units of affordable housing.
Winthrop Square 240 Devonshire Street, Boston, MA
Developer: Millennium Partners General Contractor: Suffolk Construction Electrical Subcontractor: K & H Electrical
Systems, Inc. Electrical Project Value: $130 million
The tower will be a 53-story mixed-use space with approximately 321 residential units, 12,000 square feet of Great Hall public space on the first three floors, 772,422 square feet of commercial office space, and LEED Platinum sustainability.

The Pinnacle at Central Wharf
70 East India Row, Boston, MA Developer: The Chiofaro Company Electrical Project Value: $100 million A 42-story tower with 200 apartments in the top 18 floors, 22 floors of office space (538,000 square feet), and two levels of retail (42,000 square feet) on the bottom floors. The plans include 28,00 square feet of waterfront public open space and a below-grade garage with 1,100 parking spaces.


Developer: Hines Interests & Gemdale USA Corp. Electrical Subcontractor: McDonald Electrical Corp. Electrical Project Value: $87 million A 51-story tower consisting of office, residential and retail space, as well as a 17-story hotel and residential building with 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. It will also include a 9-story office and retail space with an expanded bus terminal and parking garage.
Post Office Square
Financial District, Boston, MA Developer: Anchor Line Partners and Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) General Contractor: John Moriarty & Associates Electrical Subcontractor: John A. Penney Company, Inc. Electrical Project Value: $25 million
This 41-story tower will include new Tenant Feature Floors, amenity, office, retail, and restaurant space. It will be built with a LEED Gold rating. The total floor area will be expanded from 832,000 to 1.1 million square feet, including over one million square feet of office space in addition to 52,100 square feet of retail space and restaurant.

MGM Music Hall at Fenway
Lansdowne St & Ipswich St, Fenway, Boston, MA • •

Developer: Fenway Sports Group General Contractor: Gilbane Building Company Electrical Subcontractor: Gaston Electrical Company This four-level venue will be operated in partnership with Fenway Sports Group and LiveNation Entertainment. It will occupy roughly 91,500 square feet and accommodate approximately 5,000 patrons. It’s scheduled to open for business in the fall of 2021.
