Electrical Workers Minority Caucus

Over the past couple of months, it has been made clear that our society still has plenty of work to do to overcome historical, systemic racism. Today and every day, IBEW Local 103 is committed to doing our part!

Join with fellow members to make our regional construction industry, and the Greater Boston Community, a more equitable place for all.

The Electrical Workers Minority Caucus at IBEW Local 103 meets once per month to:

Promote equal opportunity and employment for minorities at all levels of the IBEW structure

Foster leadership development and empower minorities to become active participants and leaders in the IBEW

Share experiences Assist IBEW minority members who are dealing with issues

Discuss and identify solutions to issues affecting minority workers in the building trades

Take actionable steps to uplift women and people of color in our community

Organize community charity initiatives Advance IBEW Local 103’s mission of equity for all
