Converting the Speed Display from MPH to km/h

HA8.0 MPH \ RPM Indicator Record the current speed parameter value: Press and hold the right MPH push button until all 8’s appear (88:88). Release the push button and record the value that is displayed. For our example we are going to record the displayed value as 119.2 To convert from MPH to km/h we multiply the value by 1.609 For this example 119.2 x 1.609 = 191.8 The new km/h parameter will be 191.8 for this example. Leave idle for 5 seconds and the display will return to the normal mode before going on to the next step.
Enter the new speed parameter value for km/h: The display will return to the normal mode if left idle for 5 seconds so the next steps need to be performed quickly. Press and hold the right MPH push button until all 8’s appear (88:88) and then release. Use the two push buttons to change the speed parameter to the new value. For our example the new value is 191.8 Leave both buttons idle for 5 seconds and the display will return to the normal mode. The displayed speed will now be in km/h. NOTE: The value can be changed faster by first pressing one button and while holding it depressed, press the other button. It can also be sped up by pressing and holding one button down for a couple of seconds.
