Repair instructions
Heat exchanger, replacing Removal 1. Remove the turbo heat shield. 2.
Remove the exhaust pipe bend. Leave the hose in place. Undo the hose union from the expansion tank to the heat exchanger. Undo the expansion tank.
3.
Remove the turbo oil pressure pipe and return pipe (1 and 2).
4.
Undo the hose connections (1) for the heat exchanger.
5.
Remove the heat exchanger.
NOTE! Note the washers for the lower screw (3) on the heat exchanger.
