If the control light H154 or H156 is on: turn the switch 3 to position 31 to unwind the cable. If the control light H155 or H156 is on: turn the switch 3 to position 32 to wind the cable. Caution! During the unwinding, the cable may bend away from the ground and lead to a slackening of the turns on the cable drum. Pay attention to the control lights to get the cable back into normal conditions of tension. Stop any movement as soon as the control lights go off. Danger! When automatic mode is being selected, there may be an unexpected movement of the cable drum. When all the control lights are off, turn the switch 1 to position 11 to select the automatic mode. Remove the key from the switch.

Drive warning device
Press drive pedal 5 or 6. The drive warning device switches on automatically. An acoustic signal (warning tone) is produced. Deactivation of the drive warning device: Caution! If a magnetic system LIEBHERR AMERICA (LAM) is mounted, the drive warning device is controlled by the button S5R on left-hand joystick 4 instead of the button S6R. Press the button S6R on right-hand joystick 3. The drive warning device is deactivated. Note! The drive warning device can only be deactivated 10 seconds after starting to drive. If the drive pedal is engaged once more, the drive warning device will reactivate.
