Working with the machine
–Stay within the cable tension limits. –Stay within the recommended distance range for the cable drum.

Switch off the cable drum
Press the 0 key. The cable drum is switched off.

Caution!
There is a hazard of driving on the power cable with the machine tracks or to snatch it because of an excessive tension.
The control lights are on the right control desk of the cab and on the outside control box of the cable drum.

Manual mode selection
Only use the manual mode to correct errors. Any other use is forbidden! The manual mode allows to get the power cable back into normal conditions of tension. Ensure that nobody is in the operating area of the machine, of the cable drum or of the power cable. Push the safety lever up. Switch off the motor. Remove the ignition key.
On the outside control box, turn the switch 1 to position 12 to select the manual mode.
The cable drum is in manual mode. The key is locked within the switch.
