4 - ASSEMBLY Moldboard control

Moldboard control - Install Blade control valve installation WARNING Heavy object! ALWAYS use a hoist or get assistance to lift the component. Failure to comply could result in death or serious injury. W0086A

1. On a workbench, install the two fittings (3) and the six fittings (5) on the blade control valve (2). 2. Install the hydraulic connector (4) on the blade control valve (2).

3. Fix the blade control valve (2) to the bracket (1) by means of the flange bolts (6).

Remove the three screws with the relevant washers

Locate the batteries the right - hand side the ma chine. Remove the four screws (R) with the relevant washers and nuts. Remove the battery cover (S) .

Disconnect the positive terminal the battery

Remove the six bolts (T) . Remove the cover (U) the top the front frame.

Remove the jumper cable between the batteries

Remove the bolts (N) with the relevant washers and nuts. Remove the bolt (P) with the relevant washer . Remove the cover assembly (Q) the front frame.

Remove the side panels (K) from the cab floor

Disconnect the negative terminal the battery

Loosen the mounting bolts (L) and remove the cover (M) the hydraulic lines.
